Commodore Perry Federal Credit Union Names Angela Finn as President and Chief Executive Officer
OAK HARBOR, OH — The Board of Directors of Commodore Perry Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the unanimous appointment of Angela Finn as Commodore Perry FCU’s new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective May 27, 2025.
Angela has been a dedicated part of the Commodore Perry team since 2006, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer before stepping into the role of Interim CEO. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Tiffin University and brings extensive experience in lending and operations, along with a long-standing passion for serving the financial needs of underserved communities.
Throughout her career, Angela has championed the Credit Union’s mission of banking with dignity, leading efforts to expand access to inclusive, affordable financial solutions. Her work reflects a deep belief that everyone deserves respect, support, and the opportunity to build a better financial future.
“Angela’s leadership, experience, and passion for our mission made her the clear choice,” said Charleen Hayes, Chair of the Board of Directors. “She has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead with integrity, champion financial dignity, and build meaningful relationships in our community.”
In addition to her leadership within the Credit Union, Angela serves on several local nonprofit boards and is widely recognized for her commitment to financial equity. Her innovative approach to lending has helped many individuals and families access fair, flexible options that meet them where they are, not where traditional financial institutions expect them to be.
